ALL TICKETS are Date Specific and include entry to the eXperiment Maze

For FRI/SAT/HALLOWEEN,  We STRONGLY recommend buying tickets ONLINE to avoid being sold out.

Fri/Sat Admission – Starts at $27.99

Sun-Thurs Admission – Starts at $24.99

VIP Admission – Starts at $34.99 and allows for Fast Pass entrance. (subject to availability)

The FAST PASS will allow you to use a separate entrance from the General Admission line. Please note, there may be a short wait in the VIP line as well as a short wait upon exiting the eXperiment Maze but it will cut down your overall wait in line on busy nights.

 

ONLINE TICKETS:

(at 30 minutes before closing time, online tickets for that evening will no longer be available. Ticket Booth will be the only option and is subject to availability)

Our lines can be scary on busy nights and the ticket booth may sell out, we strongly recommend buying online!

 

FRIDAY/SATURDAY/HALLOWEEN Options:

Timed Ticket : Your wait is approx. 1/3 length of General Admission line. On peak nights, your wait should not exceed an hour if you arrive at your designated time. (subject to availability)

VIP Admission: You will enter via the Fast Pass entrance and do not need to arrive at a designated time slot. (subject to availability)

General Admission: You must arrive at least 1 hour before closing time and are subject to the wait in the main entrance line.

 

SUNDAY-THURSDAY (NO 10/31) Options:

VIP Admission: You will enter via the Fast Pass entrance.

General Admission: You must arrive at least 1 hour before closing time and are subject to the wait in the main entrance line.

 

**If you purchased a ticket online but need to change the date or the time slot, you can contact the office Mon-Fri 10am-3pm for assistance with rescheduling, vanessa@hauntedhotel.com. If you were not able to get it rescheduled through the office ahead of time,  you will need to purchase a new ticket either online or at the gates or the night that you want to go and then you can contact the office to request a refund for your unused/incorrect order, as long as they have not yet been scanned/used.

 

 

 

TICKET BOOTH: 

(Ticket Booth hours are same as Haunt)

We can accept credit cards, plus $1.99 service fee, as long as there are no unexpected issues with internet connection. Should the sales system be down, we can accept CASH ONLY on site.

FAST PASS upgrades on site will be based on availability and subject to price increase on busier nights.

We STRONGLY recommend buying online in advance as the Ticket Booth may sell out.

On Fri/Sat/HW, TIMED TICKET options may be available at ticket booth if they are not sold out. To ensure you get a timed ticket, we recommend buying online in advance.

 

 

Group Discount Tickets are available when you buy at least 20 tickets in advance through the office. Group Tickets are only valid for entry Sunday-Thursday during Hours of Operation, excluding Halloween Night. For more details or to place an order, please email vanessa@hauntedhotel.com

 

NO REFUNDS. Please be aware, we DO NOT give refunds for unused tickets or patrons and/or children who are too scared to go through.
